We have broken the procedure costs down into two categories: the "Surgeon's procedure fee" and "Additional costs." Additional costs include fees for the operating room, general anesthesia, vitamins, garments, and a home health visit (if Dr. Mentz advises). When noted, costs also include one or more of the following: Implants*, Overnight Stay^, and/or a Marcaine Pump†.
