- Eyelid Lift
This 68-year-old patient was concerned with facial laxity, under-eye aging, and volume loss that made her appear tired or deflated. She underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift with an endoscopic brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, facial fat grafting to the cheeks, glabella, lips, nasolabial folds, neck, perimentum, and tear troughs, along with laser resurfacing. Her results show restored volume, smoother contours, and a refreshed, naturally lifted appearance.
