This 63-year-old patient underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift with submandibular gland reduction, endoscopic brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, and BBL laser resurfacing to the face. Facial fat grafting was performed to the jawline, nasolabial folds, neck, perimentum, perioral area, and temples. Her results show smoother contours, lifted features, and a naturally rejuvenated appearance.
