This 22-year-old patient was overall happy with the appearance of her nose, particularly from the front view, but wished to soften a bump along her side profile. She underwent rhinoplasty to subtly refine the nasal profile while preserving her natural features, along with genioplasty (chin augmentation) to enhance overall facial balance.
